How to take it
Take 1 capsule twice a day, 20–30 minutes before a meal with an 8 oz glass of water, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Store in a cool, dry place, keep out of reach of children, and don’t use it if the safety seal is damaged or missing.
