Rewards Terms

Rewards is our thank-you for shopping with us: earn points on every order, move up through Bloom, Blossom and Belle as you shop, and use your points at checkout.

Joining

Rewards is free. Every customer account is a member from the day it is created.

Earning

Members earn points on merchandise after discounts, at their tier's rate. Points are added when an order ships.

Bonus points: 100 for creating an account, 50 for joining our email list and 300 when someone you refer places a first order and it ships.

Tiers

Bloom from the day you join (1 point for every $1); Blossom at $300 in lifetime spend (1.25 points for every $1); Belle at $800 in lifetime spend (1.5 points for every $1, plus free expedited shipping).

Your tier is based on lifetime spend: merchandise after discounts on paid orders.

Redeeming

100 points are worth $5. Redeem in steps of 100 points, starting at 200, for up to 30% of an order's merchandise total.

Expiry and changes

Points expire after 12 months with no account activity. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

Points used on a refunded order are returned to you, and points earned on it are removed.

We may change or end the program with notice. Points you have already earned stay redeemable for at least 60 days after any change.
