These terms cover your use of Belle Vie Market and every order you place with us. We have kept them as plain as we can. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them, along with our Shipping Policy, Returns Policy, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

Who we are

Belle Vie Market is an online store run by Belle Vie Wellness Collective, LLC, a Georgia company, as part of Belle Vie Wellness Collective.

Ordering

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order.

We ship to addresses in the United States only.

Your order is accepted when we confirm it by email. We may limit quantities, or decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Product information

We describe each product using the label and information its maker provides, and we work to keep it accurate. Makers sometimes update formulas, labels and packaging, so please read the label on the product you receive before using it.

Product images are illustrations. The packaging you receive may look different.

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk with your healthcare provider before starting a supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, take medication or have a medical condition. Our Disclaimer explains more.

Prices and payment

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change. If we find an error in a price or listing after you order, we will contact you before charging a different amount, and you can cancel instead.

Payment is due when you place your order. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are completed on our payment processor's secure checkout page; we never see or store your full card number.

Sales tax is added where the law requires it.

One promo code per order. Each code works once per customer, meaning once per account, email address and delivery address. Promo codes can't be used by Subscribe & save subscribers or on an order with Subscribe & save items, which already have their own discount, and a code is never combined with another code or with a referral discount: checkout applies whichever saves more. Promo codes, Rewards points and referral offers have no cash value.

Subscribe & save

Subscribe & save repeats an order on the schedule you choose, every 30, 60 or 90 days, at 15% off the regular price, until you cancel. Because it has its own discount, subscribers can't use promo codes, and a referral discount never applies to a subscription item.

A few days before each order, we email you a reminder. On the order date, we place the order at the subscription price and email you a secure link to complete payment. It ships once it is paid.

You can skip, change or cancel a subscription anytime from your account before the next order date, at no cost. If the price of a subscribed product changes, we will let you know before the new price applies.

Accounts, Rewards and referrals

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account, so tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

Rewards points and tiers follow the Rewards Terms. A referral discount applies to the one-time items in a new customer's first order only.

Ambassadors

Ambassadors follow the guidelines on our Ambassadors page. Every post or message that shares their link must clearly say that they earn a commission, and they may describe products only as the product pages do.

We may decline an application, withhold commission earned outside the guidelines or close an Ambassador account at any time.

Using the site

Site content, including text, images and design, belongs to Belle Vie Wellness Collective, LLC or to the people who license it to us. You are welcome to share links and keep copies for personal reference, but please don't copy it for commercial use without written permission.

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to reach accounts or data that aren't yours, and no automated activity that disrupts the site for others.

Warranties and liability

Products are sold as described by their makers. To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and products are provided as is, without warranties beyond those the law requires.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

If a claim against us arises from your breach of these terms or your misuse of a product, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including attorney's fees.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, severe weather, supply shortages and service outages.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and applicable U.S. federal law.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first; most things can be put right with a simple email. Any dispute we cannot resolve together will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and each order is governed by the terms in effect when it was placed.
