Orders and shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders ship in 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. You get a tracking number by email as soon as yours is on its way.
Is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free when your merchandise total is $75 or more, after discounts and before tax. Belle Rewards members get free expedited shipping on every order.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping (3–5 business days) is $6.95, or free on orders of $75 or more. Expedited shipping (2 business days) is $14.95. You see the exact cost at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not yet. We ship to addresses in the United States only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it ships. Email belle.vie.collectivellc@gmail.com as soon as you can with your order number.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes, one per order: enter it in your bag or at checkout. Each code works once per customer, and codes aren't combined with each other or with a referral discount. Promo codes can't be used with Subscribe & save, which already has its own discount.
Products and how we choose them
What do you carry?
Aevala, our own line of everyday vitamins and supplements for adults: marine and grass-fed collagen, whey protein, a multivitamin, a B complex, vitamin D3 + K2, plant-source vitamin C, omega-3 fish oil, a probiotic and hair, skin and nails gummies.
Who chooses the products?
Every product is selected by Jennifer Heavin, MS, RN, APRN, NP-BC, a board-certified nurse practitioner and mother of four. Our Standards page explains how she chooses.
What does the asterisk (*) mean?
It marks statements about what a supplement is designed to support. By law, those statements carry this note: *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Do you share lab results?
Yes, whenever the maker provides them. If a batch has a certificate of analysis, you will find it on the product page under "Lab results for this batch." We don't run our own laboratory, so we never show results we don't have.
Is a product right for me while I'm pregnant or nursing?
Every pregnancy and every body is different, so we can't say a product is right for you. Product pages list full ingredients and label directions, so you can review them with your provider, especially before starting a supplement.
Can you answer a question about my health?
We aren't able to give personal medical advice by email or through the store. Please contact your healthcare provider, and in an emergency, call 911.
Subscribe & save, Rewards and Ambassadors
How does Subscribe & save work?
Choose Subscribe & save on a product and it repeats every 30, 60 or 90 days at 15% off. We email you a reminder a few days before each order, then a secure link to pay on the day. Skip, change or cancel anytime from your account.
How do Rewards work?
You earn points on every order, a little more as you move up through Bloom, Blossom and Belle, and use them at checkout: 100 points are worth $5. Creating an account earns 100 points to start.
How does referring a friend work?
Share your link from your account. Your friend gets 10% off the one-time items in a first order, and you get 300 points when it ships. The referral discount and a promo code aren't combined; checkout applies whichever saves more.
What is the Ambassadors program?
Approved Ambassadors earn 10% commission on orders placed within 60 days of a click on their link, including Subscribe & save renewals. You can learn more and apply on our Ambassadors page.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes. Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email belle.vie.collectivellc@gmail.com with your order number to start.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement or a refund.
